DRC Submerged Vessel Recovery/Hazardous Tree Removal

Vessels removed with floating 80 ton crawler crane, Case Trach hoe. Debris targets and vessels loaded on GSI barges and moved to and off-loaded at disposal site. Gulf State Services personnel charged with all operations on the marine and land disposal sites. Project was concluded on time without any damages.

Texas GLO DRC Sonar - Mapping, Data Collection and processing of Galveston Bay to Houston Ship Channel

Hurricane Ike vessel and debris target removal for Texas GLO. Gulf State Servies Equipment onsite throughout marine operations, Gulf State Services supplied side scan sonar, survey vessels and debris disposal barges. Gulf State Services personnel onsite throughout marine operations includes operators, marine captains and full labor force.

Located submerged debris from Hurricane Katrina with the use of sonar equipment. After debris was located with excavators retrieved marked items.

Recovered underwater debris in the Mississippi Sound approximately 23, 000 acres. Local out-of-work residents and fishermen were utilized to retrieve debris and load to barges.
