Garrows Bend, Alabama State Port authority, clearing Levee Construction, provided 400K cubic yards of imported material.

Gulf State Services furnished supervision of barrow material for levee for ASD. Material transported and placed by multiple sub-contractors working under direct supervision of Gulf State Services for grade work and scheduling.
